FINAL MAJOR PROJECT

We Learn is focused upon encouraging extra learning and educational skills and facilities in order, to provide further education to the residents of Ancoats ‘Manchester. The scheme’s aim is to create a strong sense of ownership for the residents and staff at ‘We learn’.  The building facilities and encourages spontaneous social interactions and educational collaborations between a diverse age range, inspiring ideas and gaining new skills. We Learn provides an educational environment, where the community can learn new skills through educational programmes and open creative workspaces. We Learn provides a solution for the lack of educational facilities available in Ancoats, nether the less We Learn provides educational spaces, which will be achieved by incorporating a contemporary amphitheatre and modular seating style of stairs and seating, which will connect the ground and first floors together, providing comfortable seating and encouraging social interaction within the space of We Learn.
